He has experience of Project and Programme Management in almost all business sectors from banks to oil and from construction to law firms. He has lectured and consulted globally and is highly experienced in presenting ideas in a way that bridges different cultural and organisational differences. He is an Honorary Fellow of The Institute of Risk Management and an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Project Management.
As a UK and Internationally experienced Business Development Professional and Manager Neil Derbyshire focussed on providing a consultative and solutions driven methodology for technology adoption. Skilled in the development of go to market strategies and strategic business planning for greenfield and brownfield operations, combined with the ability to grow new and existing C-level client relationships. Adept in the management of full sales lifecycles, including Financial negotiations and contract management, senior level technical presentations and negotiations. He is currently supporting Global Brands to drive efficiency and project productivity.
